What we coordinate
We pass your consultation request to the relevant healthcare facility and coordinate communication and visit arrangements. We do not decide medical suitability, the procedure scope or the method.
Questions for the healthcare facility
Ask the facility what the figures in a proposal mean, what is included and how changes would be discussed. Authorised healthcare professionals must answer medical questions.
Communication and travel
Tell us your preferred language, travel dates and transfer or accommodation needs. Share medical records only through the secure channel specified by the healthcare facility.
